Global Trainer Academy was founded by a group of educationists to facilitate the work of various professions in the field and to defend their rights. Another aim of the organization was to impart the required skills and experience to the next generation.

Primarily, GTA is an association of Teachers,Trainers,Lecturers .Professors  institutional Heads such as chief executive officers, presidents, rectors, vice chancellors, and chancellors from around the globe ,Mmebership is free of cost and open for All Nationalities . GTA  is free of all political and partisan interests.

The primary purpose is to strengthen the mission of quality education. GTA offers a regular forum for leaders of higher education institutions to identify and discuss, in a global and cross-cultural context, the current major issues and challenges faced by the education sector.

It is also an association committed to serving its members and the institutions they may be leading. It is a recognized as private limited education company Light Spreaders (p.v.t. limited)


We offer a range of training packages in a range of subject areas and can offer blended learning opportunities to best meet your needs. If sitting in a room with a trainer and having the opportunity for discussion with other learners sounds good to you then we can offer this. If you prefer to study in your own time and at your own speed then one of our world class facilities.

If you prefer to study in your own time and at your own speed then one of our e-learning packages may be right up your street. There is a third option, which is you like the sound of both but perhaps can’t attend all training sessions, this is when blended learning comes into its own.

Our Projects/Programs

GTA members  meets  online and face to face twice each year in decided locations of cultural and historical interest. These gatherings include meetings of the GTA Executive Committee (which all GTA members may attend as observers), meetings of GTA special interest groups, commissions, and taskforces (which all GTA members may attend as participants), and the GTA Council of Senior Advisors. This means that through GTA you will have regular opportunities to interact, network, and develop partnerships with peers from education institutions around the world.

Currently our all activities are online and if our members no in each coutry reached to a specific level The GTA will develop partnering  via our local team leaders with Govt. and Non Govt. organizations to develop an action-oriented agenda that will ensure that learners, of any age, graduate with the insights, skills and abilities necessary for meaningful, productive employment; advance a worldwide degree completion agenda, encouraging all nations to increase the number of those seeking and earning a Quality education ,degrees as a commitment to creating an educated and skilled workforce; advance recognition of university-level learning acquired outside the traditional classroom for credit towards post-secondary degree attainment; and encourage use and acceptance of life learning portfolios as a vehicle to document and affirm meaningful skills and learning acquired at any point across an individual’s life path. This means that member-presidents and their institutions can help define the skills, knowledge and abilities university graduates will need to be successful.

GTA will develop link with partner organizations by creating its Academic Impact initiative, Leadership opportunities continue to exist for GTA members in managing this global initiative of educational institutions. This means you and key faculty and staff members at your institution have the opportunity to take a leadership role in working with the GTA  department of Public Information in shaping the initiative and promoting its goals.

GTA with the collaboration of sponsor organizations this annual leadership program trains new Institutions Heads training, in management strategies for leading their institutions. This means that you have the opportunity to participate in the development and teaching of the training modules for new Institutions Heads and develop personal relationships with them.

Each year GTA  recognizes faculty who make significant contributions in curriculum development and who prepare students for successful careers in our global economy. Each member president of GTA may annually nominate one faculty member from his or her Region for a certificate of acknowledgement that is signed by GTA’s Central Chairman and the member regional president making the nomination. This means that you have the opportunity to recognize with a prestigious award from a distinguished Organization association.

Time to time other benefits and projects will be announced with mutual consensus with OPEP members and management in a respectful way.
